Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Return

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unassembled
• In original condition and packaging
• Not painted or otherwise modified

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@lindenmodels.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit — customer's choice.

5. Custom & Modified Orders

Any order that includes a modification to a standard product at the customer's request — including changes to pose, parts, or configuration — is considered a custom order and is not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@lindenmodels.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos. We will send a replacement free of charge including shipping. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

7. Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund, we will issue one in full.

8. Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Items that have been assembled, painted or modified
• Custom orders as defined in section 5

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
