Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via Latvijas Pasts from Riga, Latvia. Tracking is included for all destinations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched twice a week — typically Monday and Friday. Orders placed before a dispatch day are included in that batch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are weight-based and calculated at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically on all orders of €100 or more (before VAT).

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local postal services or customs processing.

5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Lost orders — we will reship at no additional cost. Delayed orders — please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Damaged parcels — please contact us with photos. We will send a replacement free of charge.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

7. Incorrect Address

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
