Welcome to Linden Models. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Company Information

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€). VAT is applied at checkout based on your location — 21% for Latvia and EU customers. Prices displayed exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via debit/credit card and PayPal, processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch — please contact us promptly at info@lindenmodels.com. Order modifications are possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via Latvijas Pasts. Orders are dispatched twice a week, typically Monday and Friday. A tracking number is provided for all orders once shipped.

Estimated delivery times: EU 5–10 business days, rest of world 10–30 business days. Linden Models is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: unused and unmodified items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom orders are non-returnable. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.

5. Custom Orders

Any modification to a standard product requested by the customer constitutes a custom order. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has begun and are not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, sculpts, product names and images on this website are the original work of Linden Models and are protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Customer photos of finished and painted models may be shared by Linden Models on social media or marketing materials with the customer's permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linden Models is not responsible for import duties, customs fees or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Latvian law. EU customers also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
